Veritas Monitoring Services (VMS) was designed to meet a growing need in the legal community – verification of compliance with child custody visitation and payment decrees. Prior to VMS, no formal mechanism existed to verify visitation and payment compliance. As a result, subsequent hearings on issues of non-compliance usually devolved into “he said, she said” disputes. VMS eliminates the “he said, she said” and, instead, provides documented evidence in support of compliance or non-compliance. Thus, attorneys save time, subscribers save money, and visitation and payment compliance among divorced parties is improved.
